The topic today is just a motivation that we undergo in our everyday life but do not understand the importance of our dream that we had constructed in some past days of our life. Simply take an example of our great Adolf Hitler. For Adolf Hitler, ruling Germany was just a Pie and attack by French or Soviets was just a pebble, because his focus was to achieve his desired dream of ruling the entire Earth. Similarly, for Gandhiji, independence from British was just a pebble and the statutory moments of achievement were pies. His dream was to see India a fast growing, extra-ordinary and powerful country. Take our technology person - Bill Gates, whose dream was to outperform to see WINDOWS as a platform on the desktop of each individual.

Don't regret if you fall kicking a pebble, kick it hard once again off the path,
Because you are here to acquire your Dream before you Die..."
How many of you who undergo service/jobs in a recognized organization work for your dreams ?... This is the question that need not be answered to anyone, look in the mirror and ask yourself this question.
Most of us are satisfied with heavy incentives that we receive from the organization only because it satisfies a portion of your comfort. Does this satisfy your dream?
There is another factor "FEAR" that is just a pebble on the way. Most of us fail to undertake responsibilities because they fear for mistakes. Do you want this fear put an end to your dream?
